Additionally, work closely with the Government of Kyrgyz Republic and the World Bank, and advise on major technology initiatives in the Country focusing IT security and digital transformation. Previously, Shaukat worked at Novo Nordisk HQ Copenhagen (The biggest market shareholding company in Scandinavia with 150 billion USD market share) as a Global Head of IT Production infrastructure of 43 production facilities worldwide. Earlier, he was responsible for the network infrastructure which serves more than 43,500 employees in over 80 countries worldwide. Prior to Novo Nordisk, he was working at UNICEF HQ IT Center in Copenhagen, where he was responsible for IT operations of the UNICEF HQ in Copenhagen. He has a Master of Science in Computer Science (MS-CS) with an emphasis on IT management and strategic change from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlskrona, Sweden. In addition, he is a Harvard Business School certified Dynamic Manager and Leader. Moreover, he has received more than 30 national and international awards for participating in various events and published a book with the title ”Technological and social issues in the development and deployment of facial recognition biometric systems” He has his personal blog on education, scholarships, and international jobs with thousands of viewers. He is a member of the Senate for the Karakoram International University in Gilgit Baltistan.  Voluntarily, he served as a Chairman of the Administrative Committee for Scandinavia and a member UK National Council during 2015-2019.
