She comes from Yasin Valley of the mountainous and remote region of Gilgit. She feels the importance of education and awareness for the social development of the region. Being a girl and struggling in a patriarchal society she has observed the challenges youth face in their way of education. Financial problem is one of the major challenges hindering the education of talented students. In addition, studying in Europe and the nature of her degree program, she is willing to work for the social development of her region and she can understand the importance of social organizations and foundations in this regard. Her interests areas are secondary education, gender equality, and women empowerment. At present, she is working on her research work “Representation of Women in Textbooks”.
Through her interpersonal skills and relationship-building strategies, she will contribute to making connections with generous people and donor agencies.
