As an advisor, Naseem Jaffer will facilitate and oversee grant-making, engagement with the foundation, and gift cultivation. She will assist in formulating long-term goals and in planning and initiating short-term projects. Naseem will offer guidance by reviewing goals, objectives, and the progress of the foundation including evaluating projects, performance, and progress.

Naseem is currently involved with the University of Central Asia as a Mathematics consultant and in this role, she is actively involved and aware of the value education plays in admitting students to the university. These students are from the mountain regions of Central Asia, Afghanistan, and Pakistan where access to education is not easy due to various reasons, the chief among them being economics. The monthly income of families in these areas is such that they cannot support their children to attend schools beyond the primary stage – talented and smart students don’t have the opportunity for further education. This foundation will help these students to be able to further their studies with the intent of furthering their studies. She has been an educator for over 30 years and has been involved in various aspects of education through nonprofit organizations in Pakistan, India, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and the USA for over 20 years.//
