Muzafar Wali is from Phander, he is affiliated with Government Secretariate. He did Bachelor of Computer Science (BSCS) honors from Karakorum International University Gilgit. He is our founding volunteer. Since 2017, he has been identifying and delivering scholarships to different schools.
