Muhammad Aslam Shah has been working as a teacher, teacher educator for over 15 years. He has also been involved in educational leadership and management. He is currently working as an Academic Lead in ITREB Pakistan, Gupis-Yasin, he has done MA in Political Science and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Management from Aga Khan University, (AKU) Karachi, Pakistan; his interest areas include Strategic Planning and Critical Thinking, educational change, teacher and civic education. He is a firm believer in Youth Leadership to uplift youth to play a productive civic role. He believes in lifelong learning. Aslam is currently doing an international training program with the IIS, London, UK. He has shown his leadership qualities in different capacities, including member Regional Council, Chairman Aga Khan Youth and Sport Board, and Chairman Aga Khan Social Welfare Board.
