Dr. Atif Ali is a medical doctor currently working with National Health Services in the United Kingdom. He is an experienced Youth Activist, Social Worker, and entrepreneur. He remained a member of multiple student base organizations and activist groups in Pakistan with experience of 14 years.

Atif is the founder & Ex-President of the Student Patient Welfare Society of his medical college Services Institute of Medical Sciences Lahore. He mobilized university students for relief activities and medical camps during the worst flood disaster of Pakistan in 2010.
He organized the “Help Hunza Campaign” for IDPs of Attaabad Lake Diaster 2010 and also the Help Flood Victim Campaigns in South Punjab in the same year.

He was a member of “Youth Senate Of Pakistan” 2011-2012. The government took the initiative to enhance the leadership role in youth. 

Atif remained a very active member of the Pakistan Youth Alliance and Progressive Youth Alliance and played a bridging role in uniting different youth forums.

Atif is a Founder Member of the Young Doctors association of Gilgit Baltistan ( YDA, GB) 2018 and remained Media Secretary of the Pakistan Medical Association of Gilgit Baltistan ( PMA, GB ) (2016-2018). He has played a dynamic role in guiding and influencing the Health Services policies of the province.

Atif is very vocal about human rights, women’s rights & sectarian harmony, particularly in Gilgit Baltistan, and actively participates in youth forums for discussions and analysis to inspire and influence youth for progressive and positive activities.
