Dr. Diana Pauna has more than 40 years of experience in higher education, mostly in higher education management and collaboration between academia and industry. Her professional philosophy relates to developing opportunities for young adults to pursue their educational goals thus contributing to society at large. Guided by this philosophy, she has served as Dean of Arts & Sciences at the University of Central Asia in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan and Pro-rector of Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, Latvia. She has served as a member of advisory, editorial, management, and supervisory boards, and currently, she is a member of the Aga Khan University Library Advisory Committee.
