Azra Nisar is a BS computer science student at the University of Central Asia (UCA), Naryn. Azra has served as an executive director of OEC. Before that, she served as an editor at the Educure magazine of OEC and as a Student Ombudsperson with UCASA. Azra Nisar has received Dean’s honor List two times in a row and is a benefactor of the Spark of hope scholarship for her extraordinary academic achievement.
